The FERCHAU quality management system, which features regular internal audits, is certified by the Rhineland Technical Control Board (TÜV Rheinland) in accordance with DIN EN ISO 9001 and EN 9100. The Airbus certification for FERCHAU – the first awarded to an engineering service provider in Germany – provides the basis for our strategic partnership with the European aircraft manufacturer.

FERCHAU complies with even the strictest of customer-specific quality specifications. For example, we follow the GREDS (General Requirements for Engineering Design Suppliers) exactly in our work for Airbus. We use the FERCHAU Web-based knowledge database "my.work", which contains the most important information for working in the aviation industry, as an effective tool in the training of project employees. In addition, we use "my.work" to regularly upgrade our employees’ expertise and as a supplement to conventional CAD training.
